RewardYourselfOnline — Return & Refund Policy (Digital Gift Cards/Vouchers)

Scope

 1. This policy applies to all digital gift cards, e-gift codes, and digital voucher products sold by RewardYourselfOnline (the “Service” or “we/us”). “You” refers to the purchaser or recipient of a digital gift card.
2. No returns or refunds.
  • Digital gift cards are final sale and non-refundable once delivered, redeemed, or the delivery email/code has been issued, except where required by law.
  • Purchases made in error should be reported promptly (see Contact). We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, or store credit in limited circumstances.
3. Cancellations
  • Orders may only be cancelled prior to issuance/delivery of the digital gift card. To request cancellation, contact us immediately. If the card has already been issued/delivered, cancellation is not possible.
4. Expiration and fees
  • Gift cards are valid for the term stated at purchase or on the gift card. Where local law requires a minimum validity period, that period will apply.
  • We do not charge dormancy or maintenance fees unless explicitly stated at purchase and permitted by law.
5. Lost, stolen, or compromised gift cards.
  • Treat digital gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a gift card unless you notify us promptly and we determine the card has been compromised due to our error or fraud.
  • To request assistance for a lost or stolen gift card, provide proof of purchase and any evidence of unauthorized use. Replacement or reimbursement is discretionary and may require verification.
6. Unauthorized transactions and fraud
  • If you believe a card was issued or redeemed fraudulently, contact us immediately. We will investigate and may reverse or block redemptions where permitted by our terms and applicable law.
  • We may require you to cooperate with our investigation and with law enforcement.
7. Redemption problems
  • If a recipient cannot redeem a gift card due to technical issues or merchant acceptance, contact our support with screenshots, videos and as much details as possible. We will attempt to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, provide a suitable remedy.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
  • If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or void the corresponding gift card pending resolution. Reinstatement is subject to the outcome of the chargeback and our investigation.
9. Taxes
  • Any taxes associated with the purchase or redemption of gift cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or redeemer to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Consumer rights
  • This policy does not affect rights you may have under consumer protection laws. Where local law requires a right to return or refund, that law prevails.
11. Contact & claims
For cancellation requests, lost/stolen cards, fraud, or other issues, contact:
  • Please include order number, gift card code (if available), purchase date, purchaser name, and proof of purchase.
12. Changes to this policy
  • We may update this policy. The revised policy will show an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
13. Governing Law
  • This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RewardYourselfOnline is headquartered, unless otherwise required by local consumer law.
